Your agent will meet with you or your delegate for an on-site for a tour of the property to be sold. During the first consultation, we will determine you or your entity's specific need and assess what use is most appropriate for the property. Your agent will then take this initial assessment and plan a marketing strategy to include the highest and best value of the property. They will narrow down the list of potential customers for the property, and have a plan in place to expedite the sale of the property. A secondary meeting will be scheduled within one week of the preliminary meeting, at which time, your agent will present their findings and finilize the listing documents.
